Cancellation Deadlines and Refund Amounts:

Cancellations made before September 1, 2023:
Participants will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the
total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit (of $300)
and any incurred administrative costs.

Cancellations made between September 1, 2023, and October 6, 2023:
Participants will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the total amount paid,
minus the non-refundable deposit and any incurred administrative costs.

Cancellations made after October 6, 2023: No refunds will be provided.
